If you have already contacted us and confirmed availability of date and time then please fill out confirmation contract below and hit the submit button then use the Add to cart button at bottom of page to pay the 20% deposit to hold your spot and confirm contract. If you do not confirm availability and just pay deposit your date and time will not be put on our books and you will not secure your date and time. There is a reason we ask for the information and the location of your event. We are a busy company and want to provide you with the service you deserve. We have several face painters and may be booked out for several time slots each day yet we may have time open between events, so we try to see if we are in your area and give you what service you need but sometime we just have to say "sorry we are booked" and we don't like doing it but we would rather say we can't book you then give poor service. We allow our employee's to have enough time to get from one customer to another without safely without causing interruptions in services.
If you haven't confirmed availability of dates through a email or phone conversation and filled out information abouthen your spot will not be held.
Once you have confirmed your date and time and paid deposit,
Your deposit is none refundable.
If you need to change your date it has to be done a week in advance and is based availability of new date and time requested.
Confirmation Contract information
Once you have received Confirmation back from us that we are availible on the date and time you requested please go forward with your 20% deposit to hold your spot. (Please Note) if you do not confirm with us the Date, Time, and location and just pay the deposit you will not be put into our books.
